NEWSFLASH! Curious Pictures director Tom Barham has been nominated for an EMMY for his Bored To Death show opening. Results will be announced August 29th.

BL:ND creative director Vanessa Marzaroli created this video as part of the Dr. Martens 50th anniversary celebration. Gorgeous, poetic line animation and graphic design. Enjoy !

Jonathan Elias of Elias Arts scored this Sony Bravia spot directed by Frank Budgen, which broke during the World Cup.

On June 14th the Amnesty International piece Words received a WEBBY for the Public Voice winner in the Public Service & Activism category. Words was directed by Rohitash Rao at Curious Pictures. Jonathan Elias of Elias Arts wrote the score.

Here is an Intel spot that Elias scored that always makes me giggle.

Also, in case you missed this awesome 360 campaign that Blind created for Oppenheimer and Euro RSCG in New York, I’ve included one of the spots here.

Also, just a reminder that Rhythm + Hues created the Yeti, the Three Headed Dragon and a bunch of mummies for The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor. If this intrigues you, I have a really interesting making-of that I can send along by request only.

In case you missed me, I did make an appearance on Morgan Spurlock’s Simpson’s 20th Anniversary Special. I was interviewed by Morgan himself about the Simpson’s and it was quite exciting and an honor to be included. The show aired on Fox January 10, 2010. I’m at minute 28 and minute 32. Check me out :
